Nick Mosco brings his exercise science, athletic background, and passion for healthy living and fitness to his physiotherapy practice.

Nick Mosco is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
Nick employs the most up-to-date research on rehabilitation strategies to create an evidence-based approach for each treatment session. He has worked with patients ranging in age from pre-adolescent to geriatric in several environments.

Nick incorporates a variety of techniques into his physiotherapy treatments, including: active tissue release, manual therapy, Mulligan techniques, cupping, and progressive exercise interventions that focus on functional body movements.

Nick also performs lifting technique assessments and can assist in the creation and scaling of workout routines that will strengthen muscles and prevent re-injury.

Nick is a firm believer that exercise is medicine and that proper movement and strengthening is a key factor to feeling better and staying pain-free.
