Meet Palak Vakil
Palak graduated from the McGill University School of Physical Therapy. Palak enjoys helping clients return to their active lives through tailored, evidence-based physiotherapy care. Her clinical experience spans hospitals, long-term care facilities, and orthopaedic clinics, with a special focus on musculoskeletal conditions, including pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, as well as sports injuries.
Palak emphasizes individualized care, combining manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, Functional Dry Needling, postural training, and targeted exercise prescription. She has also supported athletes during marathons and sports campaigns, deepening her interest in performance rehabilitation.
Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities and has eight years of Indian classical dance training, deepening her appreciation for movement, balance, and the body’s capabilities.
